UnrealUGC provides an AI-powered platform for generating video advertisements. Our Service allows users to create video ads using templates or by cloning existing ad styles.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate videos, with 1 credit equaling 1 second of video. Credits can be purchased through subscription plans or one-time credit packs. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Create misleading or deceptive advertisements
  • Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. Our platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks, remains our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnrealUGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
